- Design & facilitation of an event to develop partnership working for The Centre for Sustainable Energy, Bristol; Mendip Care & Repair and Somerset West Care & Repair, 2010
- Design & facilitation of democratic evaluation, review and planning processes for a variety of organisations, including South West Energy Advice (2009), the Churches Conservation Trust (2006-present), a Youth Foyer (2006), a College of Art (2006) and a joint NT & AONB Countryside team (2006).
- Planning, co-ordination & set-up work for a new national volunteering project in the Churches Conservation Trust, 2008
- Designed, developed & delivered Working with Volunteers training programmes with Bristol University, 2002, the Churches Conservation Trust, 2006 and the National Trust, 1998-present.
- Strategic planning & role development for the National Trust’s volunteer programme, 2004-2005.
- Facilitation of consensual development of training for Conflict Resolution Team at Springhill Co-Housing Co-operative, 2005.
- Designed and developed “Focus on Customers”: a facilitated workshop to encourage participants to share and learn best customer service practice, for the National Trust’s 40,000+ staff and volunteers, 2001-2005.
- Development, design & facilitation of two Youth Matters conferences for the Voluntary & Community Sector delivering services to young people in London with the Training & Development Agency for Schools, Winter 2007/08
- Designed and supported the implementation of the Equal Opportunities policy for South Devon Women’s Aid, 1990-1996. Trainer in Equal Opportunities policy and implementation for the National Trust, 1998-2003.
- Developed & delivered Working with Children & Young People training programme with the National Trust, 1998-2003.
- Developed innovative services for the previously unmet needs of rural women who experience domestic violence. Presented this work at national conference and via national training programme, resulting in widespread national uptake of this ground-breaking work, 1993-1996.
